About the Event

World Quality Week 2026 | Friday 13 November | Birmingham & Live Stream

Join the CQI Birmingham Network for a morning of expert talks, networking and discussion to celebrate quality. Industry leaders and quality consultants will share how quality drives performance, from understanding the true cost of quality to consistently meeting customer commitments. They'll also explore how AI is reshaping the profession, from responsible governance under ISO 42001 to real business cases where it's delivering measurable results.

The morning ends with a live panel Q&A, followed by an exclusive tour of the Autodesk Technology Centre, Birmingham's "factory of the future" for robotics and advanced manufacturing (in-person attendees only).
